Exchange & Return Policy:
 International Products:
1 The order cannot be canceled after processing orders for imported international products 
2 Imported international products can only be returned if the order is wrong or damaged In case your order is damaged or the order does not match, please contact customer service (phone number)
3 Customer service will ask you for some details of the product status to confirm the approval or rejection of the return process.
4 The customer is not entitled to request a refund of the shipping value, if the customer does not receive the product within 8 days after placing the order, the shipment will be canceled 
Fast Shipping Products:
1 If the product is returned or no longer needed, please return it to any of purez  pharmacies, and we will exchange it for you or refund your money, the purchase invoice is necessary to provide the return and exchange service, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2 Returnable products must be returned in their original condition and damaged or used products cannot be returned.
3 Purchases cannot be returned by medical insurance 
4 You can refund or exchange what you have purchased under the following conditions: In case the order is canceled before delivery, the full purchase amount plus delivery charges will be refunded to the same credit card used within 7-14 working days.
